1. Service Content and Scope

VPNAN provides cross-border network acceleration services, helping users access international websites and online services through a node network covering 120+ countries and 230+ routes. The service supports five major platforms: Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, and users can use it on any supported device. Subscriptions come in two forms: monthly plans and data packages. Monthly plans offer 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB tiers, with data reset monthly on the activation date. Data packages offer 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB tiers, valid indefinitely from the purchase date until used up. Specific prices are as published on the pricing page.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

Registration only requires setting a username and password — no email address needed. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be resold, rented, shared, or transferred commercially in any form. This service has no limit on the number of simultaneously connected devices; the same account can be used on multiple devices, with data consumption counted against that account's subscription quota. Monthly plan data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading plans mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on remaining days. Data packages do not expire when the subscription period ends. Subscription fees can be paid via Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Users should keep their account information secure; losses caused by account leakage are the user's responsibility.

3. Compliance Requirements

When using this service, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and may not use the service for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: infringing others' intellectual property rights, disseminating illegal information, conducting cyber attacks, maliciously scraping data, sending spam, or interfering with others' normal use. Users are responsible for all actions taken under their account. If the user's local laws impose specific restrictions on cross-border internet access, the user must confirm that their use complies with local regulations. 4. Service Availability and Disclaimer

This service strives to maintain stable and available routes, but network conditions, data center operations, third-party failures, and force majeure may cause service interruptions. For interruptions caused by the above reasons, this service will make every effort to restore service but assumes no liability for indirect losses arising therefrom. Users should make their own data backups and business arrangements. This service does not guarantee that routes will never be interrupted and is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites. Users should take care to protect their own devices and data security during use.

5. Account Termination and Policy Changes

This service reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances: the user violates these Terms of Use, including but not limited to reselling accounts, abusing the service, or engaging in illegal activities; the account is used to interfere with other users' normal use or disrupt network order; or the user fails to pay subscription fees on time, in which case the account will be suspended. After account termination, the related services will stop immediately.

This service may revise these terms based on business adjustments and changes in laws and regulations. The revised terms will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication. Major changes will be announced via site announcements or the user panel. Continued use of this service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Refund Policy

Within 60 days of the first payment, users may apply for a full refund without giving a reason. Refund requests must be submitted through the ticket system in the user panel, and this service will process them via the original payment method after receiving the request. Once the refund is completed, the subscription service associated with the account will stop immediately. This service commits to executing the above terms without additional conditions.
